That hole is bigger than 1mm, a 1mm diameter hole is fooking small.

I thought more and more the BMW oil jets are used?! I like how clever they are constructed and how easy to install.

They come with the bolt which includes a built in check valve which opens at about 3 bar - this has the nice effect that you don't waste oil on idle (thats what I don't like on the bored main cap idea...) If I remeber right the thread was M8x1, of course I have the part No but not here at the moment - will post it when I am back on my homecomputer at the beginning of next week. fore mentioned BMW oil jets retro fitted in Zetec holes, not as good as it would have been if I had done them in the first place, but much better than the things I had On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
