went a lot easier than i thought it would, used a plasma cutter to cut it out then seam welded the box in and seam welded the actual box aswell.

Sounds like you've put some time in! It is difficult finding time to do stuff, i'm having to let someone else do some mot type welding on mine as i haven't got the time this week. (Desperately trying to get ready for the rolling road day this friday!!)

Oh and keep us updated!

bud i've noticed on your pictures that you have a micron motorbike can for an exhaust! what kind of sound do you get out of it and is it your only silencer? what bore does the can have. the mini looks good

yeah it is difficult trying to get the time to do stuff. also got to get through the MOT on the 26th aswell! i'm desperately trying to get ready for the riv run, should be ok now though thanks to jukka and his pics of his fuel lines so i dont have to find someone to do me fuel tank mods.

it isn't really that loud having the bike can, certainly not as loud as my old centre exit, it does have a nice rasp though and has made motorways less noisey. its the only silencer on there, just had a straight piece of stainless 2" from the LCB to the can, i think there's still too much wadding round the can though thats why its quiet.
