Can anyone help me on this search, i have looked at a few supplier for SC gearsets but have only found SCCR sets, im trying to get the price for a none CR set and where i can get them from.

Anyone know?

Reason i ask is my turbo build will use a 2.95 diff on 10" but will be driven daily and i know hill starts are difficult with a CR set.

Get a minispares clubman gearset

the ratios are just spot on!

especially 2.9 on 10s

Does it not make first very tall? Was looking at that gearset too.

yes 1st gear is tall and thats what you want IMHO

the ratios are almost the same as the turbo challenge ratios

you will be more than happy!

You can't get anything 'off the shelf' other than what you've already found.
If you want a short 1st, get a S/GT gearset
