G'day, my brother is a toolmaker and my old man owns a CNC machine shop. We are thinking about producing a billet aluminum plenum chamber the same shape and volume as the standard item but the opposite hand (inlet on the left hand side instead of right).
It would retain the standard restrictor tube and have a flange to mount a BOV.
We would make it in two pieces for machining purposes but there would be little difference apart from that.
Anyone interested?
Don't have a price as we haven’t made one for ourselves yet.

Also anyone got any suggestions that might be worth putting into the design?

Cheers. Chris

i would be interested in one,

you could have extra outlets for running extra equipment instead of t-piecing them all

If it breaks... build a much faster one

Hello,

Have you got the dimensions of the plenum?

I've been after those for ages, as I can make my own then.

No one on here seems willing to share the details of the plenum.

Andy

g'day, me and my brother drew it all up tonight, looks pritty good, still hav to program it and machine one but when i do i'll fill you's in on all the details.
Just reasently seen a post about Nics plenums, didnt realise he was already making one but they look good, if you need one in a hurry or you wont one that is already proven i think he'd be the bloke to see, if you dont mind waiting a few week's than you might be interested in seeing how mine work out.
Sorry Andy but the information takes a lot of time and effort to accumulate and is extreamly hard won, i can understand why people are reluctant to give it away.

Cheer's for your reply's. Chris
