Just wondering if any1 could point me in the right direction please.Just started a project,got most of the engine etc,coul sum1 tell me whats the best intercooler to put in and is there any1 that specialises in building turbo'd engines.Thank you.

2wd cosworth intercoolers are pretty popular, that'll be a good option and should be cheapish off ebay, other than that its a case of finding what looks like a good intercooler from another production car and trying it, or getting somthin custom knocked up. engine building wise, Morespeed, Avonbar and VMax-Scart are the names that spring to mind turbo wise to me, although any good A series tuner should be able to sort you out.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

TD5 is a good intercooler if using a sidemounted rad.

The majority of people on here build their own engines.

If you add to your profile where you are located then perhaps you might find someone close by to help you out.

Thanks fella's.I need all the help i can get. Ps.Has any1 got any pics of any clubmans? I need to get sum ideas for the engine bay.(designwise) Thanks.
