As per the title I'm after an mpi cooling fan or a similar fan,. small enough to mount on the inner wing of a mk 1 (or maybe even in the fan shroud) to provide cooling at tickover or when the engine is shut down.

I recently bought a small "SPAL" fan to fit a custom rad on another car, its a great little fan, cost about £70.
