mini clubman vs marcos

Evening on a nice day like today,
was building a mini marcos and had a mini clubman estate as the doner car but now things have changed a cheep early mini clubman has come my way and as i had over hauled all my doner parts and have them waiting was thinking bout building a super clubman. what would be involved in prepairing it for a turbo install, is it the same as a round nose e.g. baulk head mods. Any information how to go about this will be great help.
