Just bought this on Ebay. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=170009454833

Measurements look to be a nice snug fit right at the front of the car.

Just thinking if I could get away with massaging a slight curve into it, making it follow the front panel a little better.

Also is this too much intercooler for 15psi boost, trying to get the efficiency as best i can.

Whats peoples thoughts

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

As Iain says - it's a TD5.

It's an efficient intercooler - but only because of it's sheer size; by that I mean it's not got the best core design (minimal internal area) but it's certainly not going to cause any kind of restriction to airflow in that respect!
The amount of piping you've got in the deal make it a VERY good buy however!

Ah Good*happy*

Now the next thing. Looking to squeeze in a metro Mk II rad, simmilar thing, bend it slightly. Remember that I'll be using the mpi block so no oil filter or dizzy issues, also swaping to inertia starter. Nice small alternator tight up to the block. I'll also be able to move the engine back to the years old original position (spi I have*oh well*) maybe even move it further still.

I recon i can get it all in with a fan without much problem*wink**wink*, just some thought*happy*

as it's shallow and tall (if that makes sense) would it not slow down airflow and make it laggy?

Can't beat it for the cash though. Good buy. :)
