Just taken engine out, to find that it was all a waste of time.

Well not really, as ive got my heart set, and insurance swapped over, to putting it in the mini now. I was taking it out as i was dreading to find that the dif had cracked (lost ALL engine oil in sainburys and caked the diff)

The diff has only recently been changed though as the previous owner told me, but he didnt say it was with one of those sexy spinning 4 pin things. Its mint! Looks all shiney. Its been painted red when it was last out too, but i want it brighter and im going to give it another coat sunday. Mini will be on road soonerthan i thought! Went to minisport the other day and bought all new uprated engien mounts and suspension parts.

Considering whether to post photos, but im very tempted to reveal it all at the end all at once
