hello to everyone -

i am known generally as rhino and im from stockton-on-tees

i currently own a rsp cooper with some choice mods - including split r1 bike carbs.

i have just aquired a metro turbo for roughly £400 and its quite solid right round.

hopefully i am going to build the engine up over the next few months with a view to drop it into the rsp around november when my insurance is due.

im looking to learn all about a-series engines all over again - im competent with a normal a-series but a turbo'd version is a bit of a grey area to me.

welcome welcome!! good luck, there is some top help on here, i can only say good things about the chaps on here, post pics of you engine & build!

thanks everyone - i think i remeber your car benross was it on the nov social in 2005 near pickering - when i had my knacked white 1 litre - ive seen/worked on so many minis in the last year or so that i cant rember half of them - but i think i do recall your's
