Vegard, I am assuming you want three piece ones so you can remove the spacer and run them on non-vented discs, could you not hold a 2-piece caliper half in a milling machine and mill down the caliper half "lugs" to reduce the caliper "bridge" distance to achieve the same thing?

Ah, great thinking. That might work. I would have to make a recess for the seal, but nevertheless...

Would only require the lugs milling down and then a small counterbore machining for the seal to locate in, you could just measure the seal recess diameter and depth before machining and replicate it on the new faced surface......

I'm sure a man of your engineering prowess will be able to achieve this no problem.
