Hi, my friend has a n/a 998cc. Lately she has had trouble when turning off the ignition, basically every now and then (not every time) the engine jolts (or shudders) before it turns off. Any idea wot this is? I thought it might be the fuel pump putting fuel in for a split second after it should be?
Being a novice i am not entirely sure.... any ideas guys? :)

could it be the tuning? I had this on my previous modified 1.3 mg engine even though it was well tuned by minisport, so i fitted an anti run-on valve.

Previous Engine: 1040cc Morespeed engine, 1275 turbo head T2 Turbo Mirage Manifolds Megajolt
Previous engine: STD metro turbo, megajolt
Drives: 399bananahp (flywheel) Honda Civic Vtec b18c4 T28 Turbo 1968 Mini

Perob just running on, either to lean, or ignition to advanced.. or its just doing it coz it wants too :)
