Fitting a Micro Dynamics EMS5

Hi,
I am fitting an EMS5 Turbo Ignition Management system, I was wondering has anyane fitted one of these units before and does any one know the correct boost pressure sensor/switch to use?

I was thinking it may be the Micro Dynamics pressure switch from Demon Tweeks just want to make sure?

PS: Im now aware of other better systems but since I have this unit I may aswell fit it?

I am currently trying to fit an ems5 to my mini, but not having much luck. Should it run with a lumenition? Any help?

When I ran one (last millenium) I used the MD sensor.

I think I spoke to a very helpful guy called Dip Le'Dowecus from Dinosaur Racing. Might be worth trying to get in touch with him if he's not busy hatching eggs .... LOL

Seriously, if I were you I'd be selling that on Ebay or TMF (probably for what you paid for it) and going for something like a MegaJolt (RobH, AlexF and a couple of others on here can sort you out for a sensible price).

Not trying to take the piss but it really is old technology now and just not adaptable enough to use with modern cams and turbos. Just a thought.

P.S. I did seriously run one upto about 2000 and to be honest it was a night and day change when I went to an ignition ECU, especially when I turned the boost back down (meaning I was running too low a CR really) to use the engine as a daily driver!!
