Hello guys,
I've been told that Hepolite pistons are less strong than the original pistons the MG metro turbo engine is fitted with so they can affort less boost pressure than the original pistons can. Is that right? if yes how much pressure can hepolites run?
Thank u !

Resident Cylinder Head Modifier

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

IMO. the OME pistons will stand more than people give them credit for

15is psi is not out of the question i have run mine befor this latest rebuild at 16psi on full rpm and there fine
some people may disagree though?

the hepolite pistons will be good for safe levels up to 8psi
10psi + you will be in the twilight Zone!

the top of the crown to the first ring will part company if taken to excess

just my opinion
