a LIL fishing village on the coast - Newcastle Upon Tyne

just found some pistons on rods in me garage, along with an old mini block and lightened crank (its like christmas) the rods are AEG 145`s lightened....and the pistons are AE 413`s anyone know what they are ? if they are drop forged ones i will make up a second block and get the pistons milled out.

413 is the Cooper S or 1300GT piston. Actually a very good piston. I think they're 6cc.

ask Benross how i do it !!! i had a clean out other day and found some bits that i didnt foolishly sell for xmas pressys. including the pistons. iam one short as the rod it was on let go of its end cap at 6500rpm i have some lightened sprite rods which i will put the rest on. Are the pistons still available ??

have just found two more a series blocks under the bench !!
