adjustable tie bars

hopefully someone out there knows how to set up adjustable tie bars correctly,i have fitted them with neg camber arms and dont really know how they should be adjusted properly,the car drives and handles o.k.

take it to a laser wheel aligment place... they tend to do a better job than most places.

yeah i was thinking that may be my best bet,will take it down later,hopefully they will sort it.
