Anyone know what the thickness of this is? I'm guessing 5mm or 6mm?
First and last time I'll be doing a zetec cambelt, so not much point in purchasing one! LOL!

liverpool-on-sea

last time i used one i just used a bit of old angle iron i found was probably 3mm to 4mm thick.

the one i did was on a focus what a nightmare. they dont use woodruff keys on any of the pulleys so once you undo the bottom pulley the inner pulley can just spin on the crank. i think the top pulleys are the same wank idea.

the focus one i did you had to put the lock pin in the back of the block. i found one of the engine mount bolts were the perfect lenth.*smiley*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...
