Can anyone describe the effort involved to fit sierra trigger wheel to mini damper pully?

Want to see if this is doable or not.

yep,

after having rigged up a wheel and sensor recently, (I had to do my own as i'm running an S damper) I'ts not worth the agro of doing it yourself, just pay the money and get a pully and bracket from Tom, it'll line up and be nice and sturdy.

Somewhere around Swindon

i have the fors wheel fitted to my damper as i did it before anyone produced machined ones

not worth the effort imho just buy a machined one fit it and forget it

I use one of Toms pully's and bracket. Its not worth trying it yourself.

I have had three pully machined down to fit toothed wheels. Easy if you have a friend to do it. In fact its easy if you dont have a friend. After all it is only turning down a big circle of metal to a smaller circle.
