Well I sorted it *happy**happy*:*happy**happy**happy*

I jacked the front up and stuck it on axle stands... then I ran the engine up - after adding some dash pot oil and richen the idle mixture so it would idle properly!!!

So I stuck it in 2nd and held her on the brakes... as the revs rose I matched it with the brakes, it got to about 3.5k and took off.... instantly swung to 6k and I backed right off with a might PIIIIST, I'd only left the bleed valve wound right open!!!

So it must have been the over boost valve in the plenum, only thing is I have packed the sping right out with washers so its must have been well over 12 psi :cool:

I cant wait for santa pod on sunday!!!!

Might look at the car, still very interested, in fact i want it! Has dave made up his mind yet?!?!

Thought combining pod and the car viewing might work well!

Dont want to stand on anybodies toes!
