I think the most tragic thing is that looks like a BMW E30 325i Sport next to it......also bastardised with stickers.... :(

i was in gloucester, i pulled up on the other side of the road and had to take the pic whilst pretending to be on the fone as the (i presume) eccentric was watching me out of the window
