prob won't work

but

green cover is .065" suits 40 bhp
l blue cover is .095" suits 95 bhp

can't you put 2 sets of the green ones in to make a spring thickness of .130" so suiting approx 150 bhp
think the release load in kilos is approx the same as the spring thickness so would be approx 130 kg

Your theory is corect.

Just emember that the release loads will also go up by the same. IE too much.
