Following the RR I am looking to up my boost from it's very standard 4/5PSI. |

right ditch the ecu if you are using one, then turn up the bleed valve |

cordantium speak to iain before you mess with your boost because im sure he said yours was overboosting so you might be better getting a new actuator i use an incar boost adjuster then you can adjust it when you feel like it or turn it down when its pinking on the rolling road no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Yep, watch the gauge mate, you can see it overboost and sit back.

Certainly sounds as though the actuator is lifting off when you start boosting, quite a few turbo cars tend to do this anyway. A stronger actuator sounds like a good idea to me.
