62horses at the wheels and counting

Following the RR I am looking to up my boost from it's very standard 4/5PSI.

What's the easiest way of doing this?

Adjust the bleed valve till it's boosting about 7PSI??

Modified Actuator??

Simple question I know but I'm being a bit blond 2nite!!!! *blush*

cordantium speak to iain before you mess with your boost because im sure he said yours was overboosting so you might be better getting a new actuator i use an incar boost adjuster then you can adjust it when you feel like it or turn it down when its pinking on the rolling road *tongue*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Yep, watch the gauge mate, you can see it overboost and sit back.

new actuator as discussed, The best way of do things from my point of view *smiley*

Certainly sounds as though the actuator is lifting off when you start boosting, quite a few turbo cars tend to do this anyway. A stronger actuator sounds like a good idea to me.

Wonder if you could a montego/maestro turbo one?

montego's fit i think, 10psi IIRC

i tend to go with an avonbar one, they're not all that dear and you'll know its brand new.
