having a bit of trouble understanding the carb lads, hope you can help. I understand the petrol in and the pressure sensing hose to the ecu and fpr but what is the other pipe for thats next to the main feed in? Ive put a picture up and put a question mark in the box. The manual says its the float chamber venting valve (wen fitted), someone else told me its the anti run on valve. Either way its blocked off and i dont no wether it should be or not!

it may b small but it purfectly formed

Not quite the anti run on valve that one, it was used on the Metro as a float chamber vent valve, that vented the float chamber when the car was switched off.

But as Brian says, block it up, make sure it is air tight too!
