I am prepping for my metro turbo swap next month, and was going to be getting the new fuel lines (both feed and return). The car is up at my father's place so I can't measure the length of the existing line. Anyone know how much line I will need? Thanks for the help

It depends on a few things really, like tank return position, position of regulator, where you run your pipes etc..

Thanks. I was just looking for a round about figure, and like you said, extra is not always bad.

i think the diameter of the pipe is important too, 8mm feed and 10mm return (if i recall correct) just in case you didnt know.

Ahh, the eternal debate about fule line sizes. I run 8mm and 8mm and it's fine. before, I ran 8mm feed and 6mm return and that worked fine too.

My plan was to go 8mm both directions as I have read enough people doing this with no problem. Thanks |

No matter what fuel pipe you run - if you can get down to 1.5/2.0psi (between regulator and carb) with the regulator adjuster screwed right out, you will be ok.
