hello, im going to weld a new exhaust manifold, which material should i use, because its getting very hot.?? thanks |

just steel, no special steel? what temps does a nicely turbotuned 1275 engine get? There are also exhaust manifolds that shine so nice, with a bleu red shine from the heat? is that also steel? Edited by beestje007 on 5th Sep, 2006. |

304 Greade stainless as a minimum.
