Im thinking of seeling my car on Ebay (not the mini), but not sure if you can get a fare price, you hear of so many people getting cars at stupid prices!

I know Ric was selling his not long ago, anyone else had good/bad experiences with buying or selling?

Cheers

We've sold a car on there. Put a reserve up and say that it's advertised elsewhere so you may end the auction early.

We've used it more for advertising it, I don't think I've ever bought or sold one where the auction has actually run it's course.

ive sold three on there now, not one has had the aution end, people come to look then make you an offer. ive found that its the best and cheapest way to ADVERTISE a car.

but be prepared for the barrage of emails when the aution has ended offering silly offers.*oh well**oh well*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I was thinking of the advertising aspect really as nearly everyone with a computer uses ebay!

If you put a high reserve you can pay large amount to advertise can't you.

Nicky-thats a good idea at least then I can take it off at any time.

Im guessing its not good too put no reserve, but put a disclaimer saying 'Reserve the right to take it off at any time'?
