not sure how much its worth *oh well* but i'm hoping for about 900 quid.

pics here -

it has a turbo, but it needs a rebuild, again, not sure how much it would cost.

its in the northampton area, anyone is welcome to come and look at it, if they're interested.

i dont really want to sell it, but i dont have the space or time to finish it :(

I would think the £460 you paid for it 6 weeks ago is about right.

Or have you added value to it in any way?

it has a logbook now, and a turbo, and a selection of carbs and stuff.

I personally feel it's overpriced. If it was £750 it'd get more interest potentially, but it's still a non-runner. Maybe the engine is bad? Maybe the transmission is bad? Maybe the clutch is bad? Maybe all three?
Then there is the question of it being a mot-less mini...

Basically - IMO - it's overpriced.

well i won it on ebay for £430 but the bloke was in such a rush to get rid of it he sold it to you lol.
i said to him i could pay half when i pick it up then half when i recive the logbook or he could just hold on another week or so for the logbook to arrive with him, next reply i got from him was...its gone. i was not very impressed with him thats for sure.
i thought that was a fair price.
could be interested, but not for £900.
what else have you done to it since you have bought it?

cheers

I think you'll get what you've put into it - just....

Is there no way you can at least get it fired up nat-asp - or just not making boost?
That way you can prove the engine/box is good, and definately get a sale. Right now - it's an expensive unknown...

i could if i had the time, but its taking up space, which i need to free up.

also, i have absolutely no idea what i need to do to get it going, as i have no mechanical knowledge of minis :(

if it was a vauxhall, i'd know what to do.

Engine is earthed. Check.
Battery is fitted and charged. Check.
Live to the coil. Check.
Fuel in carburettor. Check.

That is all that's needed? It doesn't get any simpler than that on any car.

Maybe you could ask someone local to you to at least get it started?
I'm just trying to help you out - but if it's not worth the effort, be prepared to barter on the price for the risk; or wait for the right person with the money to come along. :)

Good luck anyways!

Tie it to a tree so it couldn't follow you and then run away as quickly as possible????
