Been avoiding hydrogenated fats for a while now.

It's not too hard, avoid biscuits, cakes and kebab shop chips.

Of course, like anything, consuming it occasionally will cause no harm.

i have no doubt that in about a year they will be saying that this was all incorrect and that the fat is good for you. i personally believe that to maintain healthy lifestyle is easy if your not sat on the sofa 24/7 eating buckets of lard. you will achive longevityif you eat / drink everything in moderation IMHO
