Any one got any ballpark figures for a 10psi needle (dia v length)

Really don't think it's that simple mate, Jon F and I where running very simular boost levels back in 2004, his needle was like mig wire, very thin, mine was a standard thickness bdd, all very odd! On 15th May, 2009 TurboDave said:

the easy way it to pop it into a pillar dill bri and spin it up use P400 wet and dry and profile it where you want
