you may struggle with cooling if you do that, but if there is room, you can give it a go.

Dunno,but if you chop the metal bottom hose bend off where it joins the rad,replace it with a tighter curving rubber bend there is enougth room to fit a ser2 rs turbo cooler down the side.

I put the oil cooler diagonal by the lh headlight where the battery was

Or you could look at a mini mpi rad as these seem upto the job of cooling 16v engine, hopefully should be good enough for the turbo motor as well |

suggest yuo put a wanted ad on here for metty turbo rad... suspect we may have more spares than any metro site!!!
And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |

I've got a brand new metro rad in my garage, seems a bit big for my mini, I think its from a K series? Is it any good for you? |

The radiator in the metro turbo was the same part as all the other models. The only difference is between mk1 and mk2 metro radiators. |

And there is 2 types of plugs on the mk2 metro fans
