thanks tom, I did ask for that stuff you told me about before, was it mangear?? anyway, what ever it was called my metal stockist had never heard of it, and they ae usually pretty good.

It's for the back axle on a class 7 autograss car, and takes quit a bit of a hamering.

anyone ever tried dairylea AND marmite on toast. unbeleavably good.

anyway, back to the topic... dunno really, but oversize tubing is better than a solid bar for torsional stiffness
