the functions are listed under the little 'fx' (in italic) button on the tool bar.

if i understand what your trying to do correctly, (probably not!!! lol) then all you need to do is pu sheet2! infront of whatever your trying to look up. ie in the cell on sheet 1 where you want to use the data on sheet 2 type: "sheet2!G2" and then use as normal......
