I've got the hang of fitting the more common 25mm dump valve pipes to plenum chambers, but due to changes in my choice of dump valve I could really do with a 30mm pipe coming off the plenum. From measuring the outside of the plenum there plenty of space but I've cut the wall thickness a bit fine a couple of times when drilling them for 25mm pipes. Therefore before I drill another plenum with a bigger drill I was wandering if anyone has tried this before? Isambard Kingdom Brunel said:

Leave your 25mm pipe as it is and get a 25-30mm silicone hose to attach to valve?

or put a t-piece in the boost pipe as close to the plenum as you can, assuming you are running an intercooler. |
