i was wondering whats the best way to remove rust because its almost not possible with sandpaper (barnpaper) ? need some help with this because theres a lot of rust this is one pic of the 12 so theres enough rust |

I agree with Tom, but I dont think only a sill will be enough here, infact you cant even see the (outer) sill on that picture. You need the inner sill. I would also strongly advice not to use the bodge "oversill" that Tom linked to, but an original looking one.(think Tom was just ilustrating what was needed with that one though) |
