You just pull it out???

Wind a stud into it (it's threaded), and give it a pull...

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

be carefull if you are inexperienced!

as it may drop in the btm if you are not carefull *frown*
twist clockwise to lock it in and then anticlockwise to............. tease it out

(hold onto it tightley) *wink*

stowmaket suffolk

the best is a long 5/16 unf bolt which can be found on the rad bottom bracket.

wind it in until it locks then just gently remove it.

always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas

You need piston No. 1 at TDC though, otherwise the gear part of the shaft hits the crank.

As you pull it give it a twist anti-clockwise. (the shaft that is) Lol
