As per title really.

Engine - standard. running bleed valve not fully closed but set at 4/5psi. Dump valve and intercooler fitted.

Problem is she keeps overboosting on occasions in 4th. Boosting upto about 12psi. Can't seem to find a common link and it doesn't happen all the time.

Do I really need to worry about it??

I'm looking to up the boost and do a few more tweaks but I don't want to raise the boost, the engine overboost and it all to go bang!!!!!!

Thoughts and advice please.

Hello Keith, you best bet might be to replace any actuator type hosing, a small leak might open and close irractically. Its fairly cheap aswell, and would put you mind at rest.
