Hi guys
I have a spare T3 which had siezed when I got. Stripped it down and found that it was completely full of carbon to such a degree that it had stopped everything moving. Cleaned it up only I am not sure how to put it back together. How does the intake go onto the shaft? I can't see any way for it to not spin round. There is no type of spline or anything like that, what is there to stop it spinning round on the shaft?
Also has anyone got a diagram and torque settings and clearences etc.
Your help would be great
Cheers
Sam

hello and welcome...

the inlet side is clamped to the core... have you not got the small bolts and C-shaped washers/lockers?

I don't have any type of lock washers. When I took it apart there was just a nut on the end of the shaft which I undid and slid the impeller off but I can't see how it goes back on. Have you got any diagrams or pictures?
