What is an acceptable price for a new T2 turbo?

Well i know a recon new Metro T3 is around ?300 , And i've been told that the T2s are more than the T3s!:(

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph

I think 'brand new' T2 are in the region of 500+ quid.

I think BB tuning only sell brand new T2's, they charge ?650 for a std T2, with ?200 being refundable on exchange of old turbo (has to be free of cracks etc). Still works out at ?450.

There's lots of places that do turbo re-conditioning, another alternative is look out for one that had only done a few miles. I picked up a std T2 that had done 500miles for ?80!!
