I've fixed the search, the active topics, the todays topics, next/previous on posts, and a couple of other bits.

Works great, AND doesnt use the database at all to store read threads etc.

if I am at the main page of the forum, and see a red "page". It tells me that there are unread topics inside that section, but the red "page" continues to be there after the topic inside the section is read. Edited by miniminor63 on 3rd Oct, 2006. |

okay, but it does not disappear after I have read posts either. and next time I visit I still have the red icon on a post I read last time (no new posts since last time). So it does not look like its working like it used to on the old version. |

when you type a reply to a long thread you go to the start of the thread (into several pages), is this right? Edited by andeh on 10th Oct, 2006. I've seen the future and tbh its Pie

Good stuff Alex, one minor thing, under new topics etc it used to have page numbers next to them so it was quicker to get to the end, prob just me being picky though lol. |

Although the date (day/month) are shown in posts - the year of the post would be usefull to stop ancient posts being resurected.

yes, I also seem to have all kinds of strange trouble with the new topics and the read label on new ones. I am working on both firefox and IE too. |
