has anyone else noticed this?

im only 23 and i sit getting angry at the telly nearly everynight, what can i do?

I think lat year channel five (or one of the tinpot channela) got a warning off the ITC about the advert levels being to high, so they are not as bad as they were. I guess they get round this, as has been mentioned, by having a very lout intro to a program like the F1.

All comercial breaks on itv are compressed with accordance to all itfc and ofcom regulations.
Its manly the other way round live OB stuff tends to be low level. And theres not much they can do about that because everyone else its taking the same feed world wide, well europe anyway.

Sky,Ch4,Ch5 and the rest donot compress there coms thats why they bounce around a lot more.

BAC used in a plural form is perfectly acceptable, although personally when a multiple designation is required I prefer "BOC" (Bunch of Cu£*$)

i think you will find its the :- Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre (BACC),
Which also translates to ( Bunch of Controlling Cu£*$)
