Yes, you read right - a Nissan Micra.

The car is probably the fastest FWD car in Scotland. This car is fitted with a Nissan Pulsar engine.

With a GT28RS turbo at 14PSI he made 361 BHP @ 6500 rpm & 309 lbft @ 6000 rpm. At 20PSI boost it made 374 BHP @ 6500 rpm & 324 lbft @ 6000 rpm - in a Nissan Micra

Needless to say, first gear is spin spin spin, second gear is spin spin spin, third gear is spin spin some grip... hes currently looking at better chassis set ups to gain more traction. The car is street legal and on road tyres he's doing 12 second quarter mile @ 123+ mph.

Theres no nitrous oxide but the car weighs about 675KG.

Thing is with enough money you could put an f1 engine in a mini and run sub 10 sec
I believe its more dificult (expensive)to create worlds fastest A series that worlds fastest mini (any engine)

tis an awesome car, and defo the fastest FWD in scotland that i know off, chap called ross held it for a wee while with a 12.8 in his rover coupe, then a chap in a a1.8T engine d MkII golf did a 12.7,then Mr bull's micra appeared, and when he manages to get a run in without snapping shafts it pulls exelent times.
