Anyone work for renault?

Ive had a serious component failure on a car ive just bought, its still covered by warranty but im having very little luck with the garage its at, and due to the fault i can only deal with managers at customer service and they are never available.

I need to speed up the process as it now means i dont have a car to use.

i ideally need someone high up in the system to give my case some clout and speed things up, or even just give me a car to use whilst mine is being repaired

so does anyone have, or can they find out some contact details for anyone at head office??

Can't help you Nic, all I can say is good luck getting any help out of renault, I recently had the power steering fail on my work vehicle, and the grief I had getting it sorted was out of this world.

Needless to say I will never be buying a renault personally.

Sorry to hear that also Renault is thick shite,
When I bought mine I was customer king.
When I returned it with bend wheels, they were not at home.

I know its not confidence inspiring to hear another person say it, but I ahve found renault to be shite on customer care when my work van breaks down (and thats regularly) hope you get it sorted.

What was it you called it, "poxy garlic machine"? You have to be careful as if the little sprite that lives under the dash hears you he will get upset and start manically rattling the dash and making electrical things stop working in revenge...........
