Is there anyone that is breaking a Metro Turbo, I am after a good Radiator. It would be nice if it was somewhere around bucks or oxon so that i could collect.

The radiator is the same on all metros from a humble 998 to the turbo. The only difference was that the turbo has a more powerful fan. |

The radiator that i have at the moment (which is buggered), has both the inlet and the outlet on the same side (passenger side), is this a mk1 radiator? This is what i need again as its all i can fit with the new intercooler.

Also the Mk1 and Mk2 Metro radiators are quite different, with the Mk 1 having both top and bottom hose at the same side, whereas the Mk2 they are on opposite sides. Also the Mk2 radiator is quite a lot thinner than the Mk1 type.

Thanks for that, atleast i know that i need a mk1 rad now. I will make a few calls to local factors tomorrow then and try and get some prices.

All sorted managed to get a new old stock one from eBay for £25, seems like a bargain, the local motor factors was nearer to £75. |
