hey, im in need of the turbo oil return plate that fits on the back of the block in place of the mechanical fuel pump for my turbo technics installation. does anybody have one or have an alternative for an oil return from the turbo?

Take one piece of steel plate, 3 or 4mm thick, cut the the same shape as the fuel pump gasket.

yeah, im partway through makin one already, just thought i'd ask if anyone lyin about as i didnt know what they looked like. wen i weld the tube through the plate, will i need to direct the tube down inside the block? |

No! just drill it straight through about 16mm dia

Note the hole is postioned towards the bottom, not the centre of the plate... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:

also on mine which i made, i put the pipe through the hole so it was just past the inside of the block this will help with oil leaks. always looking for them bigger bunches of bannanas |
