Hi all,

I need a bit of that billet fuel rail stuff, the only pace i've found it so far is Demon theives.

http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/Pro...&pcode=PSI14107

rather than give them my money can any one recomend a supplier for some, or maybe even have a spare length they want to flog?

I need a 350mm length minimum.

Cheers,

Joe.

A billet fuel rail sounds silly! Why not get a pipe?

I could use a bit of pipe and turn up some injector fittings and weld them on, but the billet ( actually I think theyre extruded) will be easier, and i don't trust myself tigging small stuff yet.

I was going to use a cut and lengthened 2 litre vauxhal fuel rail, but the reg hit the bonnet.

Cheers Dave that'll be great if you do have some.

Good shout on the Ross website Dave,

http://www.rossmachineracing.com/dash6.html

Some good shit on there, could have saved me making 4 bits 40mm ID 50mm OD 3" long tube.... from 2" solid, oh well I had it spare.

Carl A bit of rectangle with an offset hole would do the trick, dunno what size hole is needed though, tapping size for dash 6 whatever size that is. I'd have a go myself ecept I don't have any drill bits that long.

a 10mm hole would be more than enough for a Mini fuel rail.
I think my old RV8 rail was about 1/2" OD tubing.

A Cossie fuel rail would obly be about 10mm ID, although its square section.

If you cant tap the ends, -6 etc weld fittings are readily available to weld onto any made up rails.

Good point, the reg on those points the other way,

Unfortunately I didn't get a fuel rail with the Mi16, also i think the reg will be where the plenum needs to be, plus the injector centres are 93mm on the mi16, I need 88,110,88.
