A billet fuel rail sounds silly! Why not get a pipe? On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

I could use a bit of pipe and turn up some injector fittings and weld them on, but the billet ( actually I think theyre extruded) will be easier, and i don't trust myself tigging small stuff yet.

would a lenght of alloy hex bar do, i can put a hole down it,and a thread in the end if needed.

a 10mm hole would be more than enough for a Mini fuel rail.
