how do i adjust my printers quality ,i think its using too much ink,

ive tried and failed so far,

Go into the printer properties of whatever program you are printing from and select a lesser quality.

Click your start button and then "Printers and Faxes".

Then double click on the icon which has the printers name on, e.g mine is Canon BJC2100.

This will fetch up another window that shows the print queue (will be empty).

At the top of this window click on "Printer" and then select "Printing Preferences".

This will open yet another window, you will have to have a look for yourself in that window, as it is different for every printer. But in there somewhere you should be able to change "Print Quality", usually the settings are (lowest to highest quality) Draft>Normal>Photo>SuperPhoto.

Normal is good enough.
