In theory - yes. You could do it without even rebuilding it first, but this is reccomended as the youngest carb is over 12(?)+ years old, it's worth doing.

Start with a BDD (metro turbo needle). You will need to remove material foo the needle, as you'll be boosting earlier, but that's easier than putting mateial onto the needle... On 17th Nov, 2014 Tom Fenton said:
