I have recently (as in the last month or so) suddenly started getting a lot of spam email in my inbox, god knows where its from as I am careful with my email address and use a hotmail one for anything that I am not 100% sure is pukka.

Anyway, anyone know how I can block it out without risking losing stuff I might want to receive? It is a blueyonder address.

im getting loads too over the past few months

i presume it will be your mini pulleys site, someone has probably picked up your address through that if its the same one

The email address on the site is info@mini-pulleys.com, which by some very clever elastic-trickery that I do not understand ends up in my inbox. However in my haste to delete such rubbish that lands I have not checked what the "to" address is..........

i have the Mc Afee suit including a spam bloker works really well, olthough i do get the odd non spam email going wayward

I have to block it as part of my job and block upwards of 450,000 spam mails a day !! Hate the damn stuff !!! Also any that are "dubious" I have to manually go through - can be as many as a few thousand a day :( !!!
