Hi This May Sound Silly To Some But I Have A Standard Mini City ( Done Up To Look Like A Cooper , Way I Got It ) Was Wondering How Can You Tell If Its An A Series Etc.. I Am A Novice As This Is My First Mini LOL. All Comments Appreiciated

You have a 998 A+ engine. It will likely have a 3.1 final drive (differential) ratio, and there is not much else I can tell you.

Many Thanx =) I Wouldnt Mind Turbo Chargin It Just Wondered Is This A Good Engine To Start Off With ? As I Have Been Offered A Cooper Engine For It For £50 Should I Buy ? Or Stick With This Engine For Now?

stick with that engine of you know it works well, and also fitting a supposed cooper engine will bump up your insurance no end |

As I said in another post, it makes it really difficult to read, so if you wouldn't mind typing in lower case that would be good, plus the fact it will be a damn sight faster for you as well.
