thats what i thought!!
when i saw this i thought of the post ages ago about surbrus vs mini turbos round combe.
the vaxhuls and honda minis have bigger wheels as well due to ground clearance and drivshafts etc so the small 10" wheels is a givaway that its a a series lump in there!

the minis with foreign engines tend to use 13" wheels to keep the gearing somewhere near sensible
